Assists executors and administrators on all aspects of the probate and estate administration process, including duties and responsibilities, interpretation of wills and beneficiary rights and entitlements. Helps with applications for grant of probate or letters of administration, collecting, administering and distributing estate assets, and resealing of foreign grants of probate. Also prepares wills and other testamentary documents and advises on potential claims against estates under the Family Protection Act 1955, the Law Reform (Testamentary Promises) Act 1949, and the Property (Relationships) Act 1976.
